Great to meet you!

I have been a licensed MFT therapist for over 20 years and worked with people from all lifestyles and cultures. I have experience in a number of therapy modalities, and as a teacher.

I am especially interested in working with LGBTQIA+ who are coming out late in life.

I also specialize in women's issues, grief, pet loss grief, and compassion fatigue.

I have experience in helping people who have anxiety, depression, and trauma, PTSD, and neurodivergence (Autism Spectrum, ADHD, OCD).

My approach to therapy

It takes courage to participate in the process of therapy. My wish is to accompany and assist you as you determine the path that leads to a more enriched life. My experience includes counseling: Individuals, Couples, Families, and Groups.Person-centered, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-focused, Mindfulness, therapies are some of the therapy modalities that I use. Person-centered therapy is my primary approach. It is critical that therapy is tailored to the needs of the client .
