Laura Lilien is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 19 years experience serving individuals, children, and adolescents. She uses an eclectic therapeutic approach, empowering others to make positive change in their lives. Current client groups include perinatal, postpartum, high school students, transitional age young adults, and adults and women of all backgrounds. Laura has expertise and experience working with parents, clients with learning disabilities and hearing loss.

Laura is trauma informed and is currently a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) that utilizes Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) paired with mindfulness as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Inference Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (ICBT). Laura specializes in trauma, depression, anxiety, OCD, and panic disorders, and general mental health. Other areas of specialty include maternal mental health, special education and school advocacy, Positive Parenting strategies, and clinical supervision for mental health professionals towards professional licensure.
