Great to meet you!

I specialize in IFS, trauma informed, relationship, and strengths based therapy. I work with adolescents, adults and couples who experience relationship difficulties, anxiety/depression, neurodiversity, LGBTQ and identity related issues, health issues such as cancer, academic/career stressors, religious trauma, and life transitions.

I have had the honor to work with diverse populations for over 17 years. My therapeutic style is warm, empathic, authentic, and I value humor in sessions.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is eclectic and strengths based. This means I may utilize a variety of strategies and techniques, tailored to your personal situation. Together, we will discuss what it will look like to achieve your goals, and develop a treatment plan. We will discuss treatment strategies that may be helpful in building resilience and wellness. I believe our experiences/identity shape our coping strategies; I will help build self awareness and new strategies to help you on your journey.

What you can expect from our first session

Please email me to schedule an appointment. Sessions are typically 55 minutes and offered through a convenient secure video call. Typically sessions occur every 1-2 weeks to start, however every client's needs are unique. I will offer an affirming, safe space, for you to process and explore ways to work towards your personal goals.
