Great to meet you!

I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) licensed clinical psychologist with a background in both school and clinical settings. I have over 20 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families, with a focus on emotional regulation, ADHD, anxiety, and trauma-informed care. I earned my PhD in Clinical Psychology from Fielding Graduate University and hold advanced training in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and culturally responsive assessment and intervention.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in the belief that healing happens in safe, affirming spaces. I strive to help clients better understand themselves, build on their strengths, and develop practical tools to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and clarity.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space where they feel heard, respected, and understood. My goal is to help individuals gain clarity, build emotional resilience, and develop practical strategies they can use in daily life. Whether we’re working on managing anxiety, improving focus, navigating relationships, or processing past experiences, sessions are collaborative and tailored to your unique goals. You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of yourself and concrete tools to create lasting, meaningful change.
