Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy, dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges in a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment. I specialize in working with anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship and family challenges, attachment issues, self-esteem concerns, grief, stress and major life transitions, including childhood trauma, emotional dysregulation, communication difficulties, and unhealthy relationship patterns. My goal is to help clients build healthier coping skills, improve relationships, heal from difficult experiences, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs and experiences. I use a client-centered and evidence-based approach that integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), EMDR, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and attachment-based interventions to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, behaviors and relationship patterns.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an intake session where we will spend time getting to know one another and discussing what brings you to therapy. We will review your personal history, current concerns, relationships, emotional experiences and goals for treatment to gain a better understanding of your needs and how I can best support you. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. Together, we will begin identifying areas of focus and developing a treatment plan tailored to your personal goals, healing, and growth.
