Great to meet you!

My work is grounded in the belief that growth and change are our natural states. I believe that you know better than anyone when it comes to your own life and needs, but that change is scary and can sometimes feel impossible. When obstacles arise that impede our progress, sometimes we need a guide. I see the role of the therapist as helping clients on their path.

My approach to therapy

I believe that change is possible when you can learn to manage the stress, fear, trauma, or other obstacles impeding your progress. By developing and managing goals and navigating challenges, you can make adjustments in your thinking and behavior and create the life you want.

What you can expect from me

I am a NYS Licensed Psychologist with a PsyD in Psychology from Pace University. I have experience with clients from preschool to geriatric, though I work primarily with young adults, adults, and couples at this time.
