Great to meet you!

My focus is working with people who may be feeling overwhelmed, worried, depressed, or struggling to manage daily stress. Much of my experience and training is focused on women and families experiencing mood challenges when having a baby (perinatal mood and anxiety disorders), infertility, and adjusting to the many changes during this time. Also, I have much experience working with pre-teens and adolescents who may be struggling emotionally and/or behaviorally.

My approach to therapy

You deserve to feel comfortable and safe during sessions and your privacy is so very important to me. I value building trust, especially with teens, even the toughest ones to crack.

What you can expect from me

I want clients to feel validated, challenged when appropriate, and supported. I want clients to feel they were able to be their truest selves with me, warts and all.
