Great to meet you!

I’ve worked with adults, teens, and children for over 20 years, helping them heal, grow, and build the skills needed to become their strongest selves. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and trauma. I focus on getting to the root of challenges while also identifying and strengthening your unique abilities. I believe lasting change happens when you feel truly seen, heard, and supported. I strive to create a safe, compassionate space where you can grow at your own pace.

My approach to therapy

My approach is personalized, solution-focused, and grounded in evidence-based practices. There is no “one-size-fits-all” therapy, so I tailor treatment to your goals and needs. I draw from DBT, CBT, ART, and EMDR to help you build practical coping skills, process trauma, regulate emotions, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about connection and clarity. We’ll create a safe, comfortable space where you can share what’s bringing you in and what you hope to change. I’ll ask about your background, strengths, and challenges so we can begin forming clear goals together. You’ll also have time to ask questions and ensure the therapeutic relationship feels like the right fit for you.
