Great to meet you!

I'm a family and psychiatric nurse practitioner. I fell in love with psychiatry during COVID when so many individuals were lost and needed a lending ear. I was working in the medical urgent care at that time but felt a strong need to help people in the mental health field. I now specialize in adolescent/behavioral, autism, ADHD and substance abuse. I continue to practice in family medicine but found that it is all integrated and needs a dynamic approach

My approach to therapy

I tend to be very direct and straight forward. I don't like to beat around the bush or give false ideas. I may be tough at times when results are needed but gentle and listen empathetically.
