Great to meet you!

My career is rooted in supporting children and families—work I continue to do and love. Over time, however, I found myself naturally drawn to and compelled by the women at the center of these families. Witnessing their unique struggles and resilience sparked an organic evolution in my practice. Today, alongside my family work, I partner with individual women navigating recovery, trauma, anxiety, and major life changes. If you are working to rebuild your self-worth or reclaim your independence, I am here to help you find your footing. You are not alone!

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be a deeply authentic, honest, and supportive space where you feel safe and empowered to create meaningful growth. In my room, we focus on the blockers that are keeping you stuck in the here and now. While everything in life is connected, addressing what is happening right in front of us is the most effective way to understand what got you here. Together, we will look at and explore the challenges, stressors, or whatever is happening in your world. The goal isn’t to change who you are, but to give you the tools and support you need to reconnect with who you are- and the strength and independence you already have, so you can move forward in a way that feels genuine and grounded in your own life.

What you can expect from me

Making the decision to start therapy is a powerful first step, especially if you are used to carrying everything on your own. In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and low-pressure environment where you can share whatever is on your mind at your own pace. Together, we will simply talk about what brings you to therapy, your current challenges, and the strengths you already have. It is a collaborative conversation where we can identify the core issues, and begin prioritizing a realistic plan that aligns with your needs. My goal is for you to leave our very first hour feeling comfortable, understood, and

excited about the therapeutic process we are beginning together.
