My credentials include MS in Clinical Mental Health, Licensed (GA, FL), Nationally Certified, and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I accept many major insurances in GA and FL.
I love working with individuals, couples, and families on strengthening relationships, anxiety, trauma, parenting, and faith/spirituality. I believe I have a lot to offer based on my lived experience and training. I use many research based techniques and pull from a variety of types of therapy to help you reach your goals.
During the first few sessions, I will focus on getting to know you and what's going on - both now and in the past. Then, we create a plan together to help you achieve your goals. I personalize therapy based on your unique needs and desires. It's my commitment to help you feel understood, teach effective skills for creating the changes you want, and really get to the root of issues to create lasting change. I know what it’s like to be in counseling – and more importantly how great progress feels.
