Thank you for taking the time to visit my profile. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California with nearly 30 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families. I work closely with couples navigating challenges such as infidelity and other relationship concerns, and with individuals facing life transitions, stress, and personal struggles. I also enjoy helping young adults as they step into greater independence and discover their path forward.

I have extensive experience supporting clients through crisis and trauma, and I’m deeply committed to creating a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. I also care deeply about the well-being of children and families, and value working collaboratively to foster healing, resilience, and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in partnership. I believe therapy works best when we move at a pace that feels safe and supportive for you.

I work with both individuals and couples, supporting clients through relationship challenges such as conflict and infidelity, as well as life transitions, anxiety, and stress. I aim to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and understood, while also exploring the patterns that may be contributing to current difficulties. I often draw from a cognitive-behavioral (CBT) approach, along with practical tools and supportive feedback, to help you make meaningful, manageable changes.

As we work together, I offer clinical perspective and recommendations based on what you share. From there, we collaborate on a direction that aligns with your needs and goals. I believe growth happens over time, with consistency, support, and intention, and I will be here to support you throughout that process.

My goal in our first session is to offer a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can begin to talk about what’s bringing you to therapy. I want you to feel heard, understood, and cared for, while also beginning to identify practical tools or coping strategies you can start using right away.

The first session is also a chance for us to get to know each other and see how it feels to work together. Feeling comfortable with your therapist is an important part of the process, and I welcome the opportunity to explore whether we’re a good fit.
