Great to meet you!

Thank you for taking the time to visit my profile. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California with nearly 30 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families.

I work closely with couples navigating challenges such as infidelity and other relationship concerns, and with individuals facing life transitions, stress, and personal struggles. I also enjoy helping young adults as they step into greater independence and discover their path forward.

I have extensive experience supporting clients through crisis and trauma, and I’m deeply committed to creating a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. I also care deeply about the well-being of children and families, and value working collaboratively to foster healing, resilience, and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in partnership. I believe therapy works best when we move at a pace that feels safe and supportive for you.

I work with both individuals and couples, supporting clients through relationship challenges such as conflict and infidelity, as well as life transitions, anxiety, and stress. I aim to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and understood, while also exploring the patterns that may be contributing to current difficulties. I often draw from a cognitive-behavioral (CBT) approach, along with practical tools and supportive feedback, to help you make meaningful, manageable changes.

As we work together, I offer clinical perspective and recommendations based on what you share. From there, we collaborate on a direction that aligns with your needs and goals. I believe growth happens over time, with consistency, support, and intention, and I will be here to support you throughout that process.

What you can expect from me

My goal in our first session is to offer a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can begin to talk about what’s bringing you to therapy. I want you to feel heard, understood, and cared for, while also beginning to identify practical tools or coping strategies you can start using right away.

The first session is also a chance for us to get to know each other and see how it feels to work together. Feeling comfortable with your therapist is an important part of the process, and I welcome the opportunity to explore whether we’re a good fit.
