Great to meet you!

My favorite moments in therapy are when I get to witness someone connect all the dots - and that doesn't always happen in session! I work with people who are curious about themselves, their relationships, and their communities. As an art therapist, I like looking for different ways of solving old problems, finding beauty in the unexpected, and creating an emotional language that resonates with you.

My approach to therapy

You are the expert on your own life - no one can tell you how you "should" be. I'm here to offer challenges and look for new ways of thinking: some of these will work for you, some won't, and that's all OK! I learn from my clients all the time and appreciate when they can confidently state "this is me."

What you can expect from me

Therapy is both the best thing and the worst thing at the same time. Ultimately it's about feeling your best and knowing yourself better, but that takes a lot of hard, uncomfortable work. No matter what, you are accepted and supported.
