Great to meet you!

As an LCSW in Pennsylvania, I create a supportive and personalized space for people to explore their unique identities, feelings, and experiences — whoever they are and wherever they are on their journey. I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, substance use, relationship challenges, grief, identity, and so much more. I believe deeply in a personalized approach because no two people are the same, and I am committed to showing up for you with warmth, openness, and genuine care. I hope to join you on your journey of healing.

My approach to therapy

In sessions, I utilize evidence-based psychotherapies tailored to your needs, goals, and lived experience. I value working from a collaborative, intersectional, trauma-informed, and anti-oppression framework, which means I bring an awareness of how social systems and identities shape our lives and mental health. I draw from CBT, ACT, and motivational interviewing, adapting my approach to fit you rather than applying a one-size-fits-all method. Together we will identify patterns, build coping skills, and work toward the changes you want to see.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I want to hear your story at whatever pace feels comfortable. We will talk about what brought you to therapy, what has been feeling difficult, and what

you are hoping to gain from our work together. I will ask questions to better understand your experiences and goals, and we will begin building a sense of what our sessions might look like. You set the direction. My role is to listen and help you find your way forward.
