Great to meet you!

With 25 years of nursing experience and a background as an LCSW-R and substance abuse counselor, I bring a broad, compassionate perspective to my work with clients. Throughout my career, I have supported people from many different backgrounds and walks of life as they navigate a wide range of personal, physical, mental, and emotional challenges.

My goal is to meet each client with understanding, respect, and an individualized approach. Together, we can work toward greater balance, well-being, and a stronger sense of fulfillment in your life.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is client centered, identifying problematic areas that result in maladaptive thought and behavioral patterns and impede personal growth, and exploring ways to replace negative pattern to achieve a more positive balance.

What you can expect from me

I seek to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment that will enhance a client's ability to share his or her story, with the goal of achieving a sense of balance.
