I work with individuals ages 16 to 100, who live in Colorado. I believe you are the expert in your life and want to work with you to explore your struggles and offer steady guidance and support. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 8 years post-graduate experience. I welcome adults from diverse backgrounds who may be navigating life's transitions, relationships, identity, grief and loss, stress, and questioning their purpose. I have worked with clients struggling with postpartum issues, substance abuse in themselves or others, and transitions into older adulthood. I am both a nurturing and direct therapist, providing a safe relationship in which clients can process their vulnerabilities. I love helping people learn about themselves and I am able to witness their growth in finding healing and hope.

I specialize in working with adults and teens struggling with life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and substance use. My therapeutic background is rooted in a systemic, person-centered lens where I believe the client is the expert in their story. I utilize motivational interviewing and provide tools grounded in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
