Great to meet you!

I am an integrative, trauma-informed therapist dedicated to helping adults navigate life's challenges. My professional background focuses on assisting clients to build personal strengths, develop effective coping skills, and overcome obstacles. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, stress, emotional regulation difficulties and major life transitions. It is my ultimate honor and privilege to walk beside you on your unique journey toward mental wellness and healing.

My approach to therapy

My counseling style is warm, supportive, and collaborative, blended with a direct and honest communication approach. Because every individual is unique, I use a flexible, integrative approach tailored to your specific needs. I frequently draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness practices, and relational techniques. Together, we will work closely to identify your strengths and build actionable strategies to reach your personal goals

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a comfortable, safe, and entirely non-judgmental environment where you will be met exactly where you are. We will focus on getting to know each other, and I will listen carefully to the concerns that brought you to counseling. You will also have a dedicated opportunity to ask me any questions about the therapeutic process. Moving forward, we will work as a team to establish your short- and long-term goals for therapy.
