Great to meet you!

I believe that therapy begins with building a caring and collaborative relationship, providing a space for healing and growth. With a Master of Arts degree in Counseling, and a focus on Marriage and Family and a Bachelor’s degree in Community Health Education, I provide a holistic approach to my practice.

I provide excellent care to individuals, couples, and families of all ages and backgrounds. I help those suffering from anxiety, depression, sleep issues, PTSD, and many other concerns.

My approach to therapy

My practice is psychodynamic, relational, solution focused and empowering.

I am an individual, family, and couple’s practitioner with experience working in private practice, the community, home, and school environments. I work to the best of my ability to help empower each client as they walk through their individual journey of healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

When a client attends a session, they are provided with the utmost respect, care, and compassion. I work hard to meet each client where they are in a trauma informed and nonjudgmental framework. No matter who you are or what path you are on, you have hope. I will help you find your way back to living a full and fulfilling life to the best of my ability.
