Great to meet you!

With over a decade of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals through the many challenges that life can bring. My specialty is in substance use disorders, and recovery, and I also work with people facing the effects of trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and chronic stress. These experiences can take a heavy toll, but with compassionate support and practical guidance, healing and growth are possible. Together, we can work toward restoring balance and building a life that feels more aligned with your values and hopes.

My approach to therapy

I believe that therapy is a collaborative process where your voice leads the way. You know your life best, and my role is Ito support and empower you on your path to healing and growth. Whether you’re dealing with unresolved trauma, overwhelming stress, anxiety, depression, or major life transitions, I’m here to help you find clarity, resilience, and hope for the future.

What you can expect from me

It’s completely normal to feel a bit anxious about starting therapy. To ease that, our first session will be a gentle introduction - a safe, non-judgmental space where you can share what feels most important to you. My goal is to meet you where you are, offering a calm and supportive environment as you define your goals for this journey. From there, we’ll collaborate at a pace that feels right, working together to create meaningful and lasting change.
