Great to meet you!

Welcome to my page! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) dedicated to helping individuals achieve their goals, find balance, and lead more fulfilling lives. My practice is rooted in the belief that everyone has the capacity for growth and healing.

I received my Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rutgers University and hold an active LPC in the state of New Jersey.

My approach to therapy

Suppose tonight, while you slept, a miracle occurred. When you wake up tomorrow, what would you notice that would tell you your life had suddenly gotten better?

The “Miracle Question” and more are the ways we will identify where you want to go when you begin identifying your focus in therapy.

Together we will work towards your desired outcomes so that you can live life with greater joy, purpose, connection with others, self-respect & contentment.

What you can expect from me

Too often therapists think our role is to drive your car for you. In therapy with me, I will be the ultimate co-pilot; assisting you to identify roadblocks and providing guidance along the way.

We will work collaboratively to identify your starting point, strengths, areas of need, and desired outcomes.

I tailor my techniques to each individual client, utilizing a non-judgmental, wholistic, wellness approach to facilitate a safe, therapeutic space to build positive rapport.
