Great to meet you!

I believe in a holistic approach to mental wellness. It is important to address challenges across all aspects of an individual’s life. As a certified PMH-C, I love helping women in the perinatal period - at any point of conception, pregnancy, or postpartum. I work with women experiencing depression/anxiety that is affected by pregnancy/birth, support them in moving through associated identity issues, self esteem issues, processing birth trauma, or challenges with the transition to motherhood

My approach to therapy

I incorporate various therapy modalities including CBT, dialectical behavioral, client centered, psychodynamic, motivational interviewing, and strengths focused therapies. I also regularly utilize mindfulness and meditation techniques that can help clients to tap into their inner strength and stillness. I aim to guide my clients in learning how to nurture mind, body, and spirit in order to gain a sense of wholeness, and an increased capacity to function and thrive despite life’s many challenges

What you can expect from me

My clients can expect to leave their sessions feeling seen, heard, and understood. They will also walk away from our time together with some fresh and new perspectives as well as practical tools that they can use to examine the issues in their lives in a way that empowers rather than discourages them.
