Great to meet you!

I am a clinical psychologist with 15 years of experience working with clients in a variety of settings and presenting with a wide range of diagnoses and concerns including depression, anxiety, academic and workplace issues, relationship issues, and perinatal mood disorders. I have worked with children, adolescents, college students and adults. Currently, my practice focuses on treating perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. My practice also focuses on providing therapy to college students.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My years of experience has taught me that the fit between a therapist and the client is a significant factor in whether a client feels their therapy is helpful. I use my intuition to tailor my therapeutic approach to each individual client, I use an empathic and collaborative approach and invite you to share with me what is working and what is not working so that we can ensure that you are getting the care you need and deserve.

What you can expect from our first session

I use my clinical experience and advanced training in perinatal mental health to offer supportive psychotherapy focused on improving symptoms and on helping clients navigate this period and feel more like themselves again. While college can be an inspiring time, there are many factors that can make it challenging to navigate. I use my clinical experience in college setting and in private practice to help college students process difficult feelings and develop effective coping skills.
