Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Registered Play Therapist (RPT), I am dedicated to fostering healing, growth, and thriving in the lives of individuals I serve, With over two decades of experience in the field of mental health, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a deep commitment to supporting your unique journey.

My approach to therapy

At the heart of my practice is a warm, person-centered, and holistic approach to counseling. I firmly believe in the profound interconnectedness of the mind and body and strive to support the entirety of your being in the therapeutic process. Recognizing that each individual arrives with their own unique experiences, strengths, and challenges, I prioritize tailoring each session to your specific needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions together, we will approach sensitive and challenging issues with gentleness and respect. I understand that sometimes, words alone may not be sufficient to articulate the depth of our experiences. In these instances, we will explore creative, somatic (body-based), and expressive approaches to begin to understand what the mind and body have been holding onto. I believe that the body often holds the stories that the heart may suppress. Together, we will work to unpack this emotional "baggage." My aim is that by the end of each session, you will feel a sense of release and be able to "repack a lighter bag," carrying less emotional weight forward. I am genuinely enthusiastic about the prospect of walking alongside you on your unique path toward healing, clarity, and renewal. Please feel welcome to reach out and explore how we might work together.
