My focus of care is on Patient-centered care. Therapy is a journey of healing. Goals of care written by the client lead the way. Existential client care, driven by clinical skills developed over 20 years of experience in various settings. Ability to assess, connect, and work through life-penetrating issues whereby the approach is a strength-based manner to assist one to move to a place of confidence, and empowerment. Expertise in addressing, though not limited to the following: Trauma, ADHD, Mood disorders, Anxiety, Depression, Medical Crisis, Chronic health issues that impact life, Grief, and loss, Couples work, Life transitions, and Support in life-changing events whereby skills are needed to move forward.

Motivational interviewing, CBT, trauma-informed, existential, with strength-based client-centered care as the foundation. The focus is on building self-awareness, healing through attachment theory, and relationship strengthening while developing new life skills and analysis to promote self on own to improve life functioning in all domains, home, school, community, interpersonal relationships, health, and overall well-being.

My goal is to ensure that every client has the best tools needed to function effectively in everyday life. The average timeline tends to be 6 months however I work on your timeline and collaborate in assisting your goals becoming realized and impactful as you define.
