Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy should feel like a place where you can be fully yourself—without judgment or having to have everything figured out first. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when we understand not only what we’re experiencing, but why.

I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work at the University of Denver and have experience working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-worth, trauma, and difficult patterns that can feel hard to break. I work with clients who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected from themselves, or simply ready for something in their lives to feel different.

Most importantly, I want therapy to feel like a space where you don’t have to perform or pretend you’re okay. We’ll work together to understand what’s happening beneath the surface and create meaningful, sustainable change at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

I draw from EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, and other evidence-based approaches, tailoring therapy to each individual rather than following a one-size-fits-all model. I’m especially passionate about helping clients better understand themselves, build self-compassion, work through past experiences, and develop healthier relationships with themselves and other people.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin creating a space where you feel comfortable being honest. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping to work on, and what has been feeling difficult or stuck in your life.

I’ll also ask questions about your history and experiences so I can better understand the bigger picture, but there’s no expectation that you share everything right away. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

I want you to leave your first session feeling heard, understood, and like we have a clearer sense of where to begin. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we’ll work together to figure out what approach will be most helpful for you.
