Great to meet you!

I'm a bilingual, bicultural marriage and family therapist — and I bring a true therapist's heart to this work. I specialize in going beyond traditional talk therapy to help individuals and couples struggling with relationships, trauma, grief, depression, and anxiety feel empowered to live as their true, authentic selves. I offer sessions in both English and Spanish, and I especially welcome clients navigating identity, culture, and what it means to heal at those intersections.

My approach to therapy

My work draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Mindfulness, EFT, among others. I choose the approach based on what you're working through, not a single fixed model. For couples, I draw on Behavioral Couples Therapy and Solution-Focused techniques. I believe deep healing is possible within a strong therapeutic relationship, and together we'll work to understand the patterns that no longer work and build something in their place.

What you can expect from me

You can expect the first session to be a space to begin getting to know one another and explore what brings you to therapy. We will talk about current concerns, personal history, goals for treatment, and any questions they may have about the therapy process.
