Great to meet you!

My practice focuses on relational trauma, including domestic and sexual violence, childhood trauma, and individuals seeking to make positive changes in their lives. I also work with clients struggling with general and social anxiety, as well as depression. Many of my clients are women at a crossroads, navigating significant life transitions and stepping into their next chapter.

After a long career in the corporate world, I decided to fulfill my teenage dream of becoming a social worker. I bring a combination of strong therapeutic skills and lived experience to my practice. I understand the complexities of unhealthy relationships and provide a safe, supportive space for you to process your concerns and begin building the life you deserve.

Please note: I provide individual therapy only and don't offer couples counseling.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a partnership—a journey we take together toward healing, self-understanding, and creating a life that brings you joy. My approach is goal-oriented and, when needed, includes "between-session" skill-building to help you grow and evolve. After all, meaningful change happens through action, not just conversation!

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where you feel heard and valued, and I am committed to earning your trust. Through psychoeducation, insight, and practical coping strategies, I empower you to take charge of your well-being. While I bring warmth and compassion to our work, I will also challenge you to step outside your comfort zone, shift negative thought patterns, and sustain the positive changes you make.
