Great to meet you!

My client practice is focused in relational trauma, including domestic and sexual violence; childhood trauma; and, individuals who are looking to make positive changes in their lives. I also work with individuals who struggle with general and social anxiety, and depression.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe that therapy is a partnership and together we travel a path of healing, understanding, and shaping a life for you that brings you joy. My approach to therapy is goal-based and incorporates "between session" skills practice when needed that can help you become your best self. After all, change comes through doing, not just talking!

What you can expect from our first session

I try to create a safe and supportive environment for you; I am committed to earn your trust. I empower you with valuable psychoeducation and insight, as well as effective coping and self-care skills. I am warm and caring, but will challenge you to step outside your comfortable space and try new skills, shift your negative thoughts, and maintain the changes you have made.
