Let me guide you through a collaborative process and show you how therapy can work for you. I began my career in counseling after a counselor that I was going to gave me the encouragement I needed to persue a new career. I went back to school later in life and got my Masters in both Marriage and Family Therapy and Mental Health Therapy. I have spent a majority of my career so far working with clients who have suffered trauma.

I offer a warm, non judgmental and accepting environment where I strive for you to feel safe to share what you are going through. Seeking help comes from a place of strength and I will honor and encourage you to recognize that strength within you.
