Great to meet you!

I have many years of experience. I have worked with individuals and families with children as young as 3 with a variety of concerns. I am a trauma-informed therapist who is trained in Prolonged Exposure Therapy to treat PTSD symptoms.

My approach to therapy

I provide therapy that is non-judgemental and I seek to meet each person individually and see what they are experiencing and then build from there to solve or change. I’m here to provide you with the support you need to feel better than when we first begin.

What you can expect from me

I work with clients to set goals that are attenable and measurable so we can see progress together. I hope to set my clients up for success.
