Great to meet you!

Some of the heaviest things we carry don't have a clear name. It might be anxiety that follows you into every room, burnout that finally caught up with you, or the same relationship wall you keep running into no matter how hard you try. You don't need to have it figured out before reaching out. I work with adults navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, life transitions, and the relationship patterns that are hard to name but very easy to feel. Clients often describe me as warm but direct, someone who asks the questions they didn't know they needed.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is a real conversation. We move at a pace that works for you, and I am genuinely curious about what is underneath your patterns, not just what is showing up on the surface. I will gently push when something is worth examining, and together we focus on building real skills for emotional regulation, self-trust, and boundaries. Not just strategies to get through the week, but a lasting shift in how you understand yourself. I work best with people who are ready to go a little deeper, even when that feels uncomfortable.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I will mostly listen. We will talk about what brought you here, what you have tried before, and what you are hoping to feel differently about, without any pressure to have all the answers. I do not come in with a script. I want to understand your specific situation so we can focus on what will actually make a difference. If any of this sounds like what you have been looking for, I would love to connect.
