Great to meet you!

I'm so glad you are here! As a licensed clinical social worker, I believe everyone should have access to a safe therapeutic space. With my compassionate approach to mental health, I do my best to create that safe space. I've worked in the mental health field for about 10 years. Over that time, my practice has become more focused on women and LGBTQIA+ clients coping with trauma, life transitions, and identity issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is nonjudgmental, warm and curious. We'll work together to identify your goals and a path forward. I believe you are an expert in your own life and my goal is to have an open, collaborative therapeutic relationship.

What you can expect from our first session

During our first session, I'll get to know a little bit about you and what you hope to get out of therapy. Don't worry if you're not exactly sure - we can figure it out together! My goal as a therapist is to create a space where you are free to be your most authentic self. In following sessions, we'll work together to help you achieve the goals you've set.
