Great to meet you!

I have spent 18 yrs in the medical and mental health field that shaped my deep understanding of how physical and emotional health are closely connected. That foundation, combined with my work in a community-based outpatient mental health clinic, has given me a broad and compassionate perspective on what it means to truly care for people in difficult moments.

I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and sleep disorders. My approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based treatment, offering a balance of medication management and supportive therapy tailored to your needs.

My approach to therapy

I provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to adults and adolescents facing challenges like anxiety, depression, and trauma. My approach is collaborative and non-judgmental—focused on understanding your story and tailoring treatment to fit your needs, whether that includes medication management, supportive therapy, or both. I believe in creating a safe space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered in your mental health journey.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help you feel understood, supported, and empowered. Whether we’re meeting face-to-face or online, you’ll leave sessions with greater clarity, effective coping tools, and a stronger sense of control over your mental health.
