Great to meet you!

Hello! My approach to therapy is rooted in Person-Centered and Solution-Focused theories, with the option to incorporate art therapy techniques mixed in for those open to exploring creative techniques. From the start, we will collaborate to identify the goals you wish to achieve during our time together. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and therapy serves as a catalyst to uncover and address barriers that may be preventing you from reaching those goals.

My approach to therapy

I have been dedicated to the mental health profession for over 20 years. These experiences have shaped me to navigate complex and challenging situations with empathy and expertise. While I don't hold an art therapy certificate, I've been extensively trained in art therapy to help clients process emotions, build resilience, and connection with their inner strengths. My approach blends creativity, compassion, and evidence-based practices to address each client’s unique needs.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will discuss what goals you would like to accomplish during our time together. My philosophy of therapy is, you are the authority in your life and therapy can be a catalyst to identify barriers keeping you from achieving goals.

It is truly a privilege to support you, your child, your family, or your relationship. I approach this work with great care and dedication and am here to address any questions you may have—now or in the future.
