Great to meet you!

One of the greatest gifts I have to offer is calm in the midst of chaos. For 35 years I have had the experience of sitting across from others who are trying to make sense of their lives and experiences. When you share space and witness the pains and joys of life it can be transformative. My experience is broad and includes everything from changing family dynamics, veterans, treatment for dual diagnosis, and the various stages of life we go through throughout our life span.

My approach to therapy

Taking a very humanistic and relational approach to therapy is important. Providing a safe place to find your voice and learn to speak your truth in away that you can be heard and emotionally understood. Communication is problematic and tricky in our personal relationships often missing the underlying emotion and meaning.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that people leave with hope. Experience a sense of calm by understanding self and others with greater clarity. And an increase in awareness of personal growth and how to "Human Well."
