Great to meet you!

As a holistic psychotherapist, I’m dedicated to addressing the whole person, not just the bad stuff. In a comfortable atmosphere grounded in humor and respect, I work with each client to tap into their inner knowing and innate creativity. Together, we explore old patterns, develop new ways of thinking, and find ways to make meaningful changes.

I’ve been in practice for 30 years and specialize in anxiety, trauma, difficult relationships, and recovery from narcissistic abuse. I’m certified in EMDR, expressive arts therapy, and narcissistic abuse recovery, and I work primarily with young adults navigating anxiety, trauma, relationships, and major life transitions.

My approach to therapy

Together with my clients, I focus not only on symptom relief, but on understanding the bigger picture. We explore the thoughts, patterns, relationships, and circumstances that may be contributing to distress and look for practical ways to create meaningful change.

My goal is to help you develop the insight, tools, and confidence to navigate life with greater balance, agency, and connection, and ultimately create a life that feels more like your own.

What you can expect from me

A first session with me is relaxed, authentic, respectful, and direct, with as much humor as the moment allows. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you hope to change, and what has or hasn’t worked for you in the past. We’ll move at your pace and begin figuring out together what approach will be most helpful. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you walk through the door.
