Great to meet you!

I strive to create a warm, supportive, and collaborative therapeutic environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), evidence-based therapies that help individuals better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we’ll identify patterns that may be contributing to distress and develop practical tools to help you manage challenges more effectively and build lasting resilience.

My approach to therapy

I recognize that every person brings a unique story, set of experiences, and strengths into the therapy room. Because of this, I tailor treatment to meet each client’s individual needs, goals, and circumstances. For children, I often incorporate play therapy and creative interventions, including art-based activities, to help them express emotions, build coping skills, and process experiences in ways that feel natural and developmentally appropriate. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, or simply seeking personal growth, my goal is to support you with compassion, curiosity, and respect.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know one another in a warm, relaxed, and judgment-free space. We'll talk about what brought you to counseling, what you're hoping to gain from our work together, and any questions or concerns you may have. Together, we'll begin identifying your goals and create a plan that feels comfortable and tailored to your unique needs. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the journey ahead
