Great to meet you!

I’m Laura Seigel, a psychotherapist who believes therapy should feel like a safe, supportive space where you can better understand yourself and create meaningful change. I work with clients navigating anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, and other challenges that can feel difficult to manage alone. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in meeting each client where they are. Together, we’ll identify what’s getting in the way and develop practical tools to help you move forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized. I believe you know yourself best, and my role is to help you gain insight, recognize patterns, and develop practical strategies that support lasting change. I create a nonjudgmental environment where you can feel comfortable being honest, exploring difficult emotions, and working toward goals that are meaningful to you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know one another, talk about what brings you to therapy, and identify what you would like to work toward. I’ll listen without judgment and make space for you to share at your own pace. We’ll begin building a treatment plan together so that therapy feels purposeful, supportive, and tailored to your needs.
