Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Laura, and I'm really glad you're here. Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, so I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and never judged. My style is warm, collaborative, and practical. We'll explore what's going on beneath the surface while also building tools you can use in everyday life. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or not like yourself lately, we'll move at a pace that feels right for you and focus on helping you feel more grounded, confident, and emotionally balanced.

My approach to therapy

I work in a warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative way. You don't have to have everything figured out before you begin. I help people untangle stress, anxiety, burnout, and relationship patterns so they can feel more confident, clear, and emotionally steady. Many of the people I support are high functioning on the outside but overwhelmed, stuck, or hard on themselves inside, especially caregivers, professionals, and women navigating big life transitions. Our work blends honest reflection with practical tools you can actually use in daily life, so growth doesn't stay in the therapy room.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a relaxed, welcoming space where we focus on getting to know you rather than putting you on the spot. I'll ask some gentle questions about what's been weighing on you lately and what you would like to feel different in your life. There's no pressure to share anything at once. We move at your own pace and focus on what feels most important to you right now. By the end, you'll have a clearer sense of how I work and some initial direction for where we can go together.
