Great to meet you!

Welcome! I realize life can be a whirlwind, full of highs and lows. I believe that we all deserve to have someone accompany us on life's journey, particularly during difficult or dark times.

I have expertise in treating depression, PTSD/trauma, anxiety, bipolar disorder, other mood disorders, autism, ADHD, life transitions, and stress.

I am prepared to work collaboratively with you to recognize your strengths, identify the obstacles in your path, and find new ways forward to a place of hope, healing, and peace.

My approach to therapy

I believe it is important to work with you collaboratively. An integrative approach to therapy is used, tailoring the sessions to you and your unique needs.

I have more than 20 years of experience in the mental health field. Eleven of those years have been as a therapist. I am a certified mood disorder professional (CMDP) and certified in dialectical behavior therapy (C-DBT). I am neurodivergent-affirming and LGBTQIA+ affirming.

What you can expect from me

First and foremost, this is a safe space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, ideas, and beliefs. In our first meeting, I want to understand why you are seeking therapy and what you want to get from the process. I'd also like to begin to get to know your story. In addition, it is an opportunity for you to ask me questions about myself and my approach. From there, we can work together to find the solutions that suit you best.
