Great to meet you!

Healing is possible, even after life's most difficult experiences. Therapy offers a safe, supportive space to feel heard, understood, and empowered while working toward meaningful, lasting change. Areas of focus including supporting women through life transitions, relationships challenges, emotional healing, stress, burnout, rebuilding confidence, and creating healthier patterns for the future. Every person brings a unique story, and therapy provides the perspective, practical tools, and encouragement needed to move forward with greater resilience, clarity and hope.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is most effective when compassion and evidence-based care work together. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) serves as the foundation of treatment while recognizing that every person's experiences and goals are unique. Sessions focus on understanding patterns, building emotional resilience, strengthening healthy coping strategies, and creating meaningful change that extends beyond the therapy room.

What you can expect from me

Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, and the first session is designed to create a comfortable, supportive environment where trust can begin to develop. Time will be spent exploring current concerns, identifying personal strengths, and discussing goals for therapy without pressure to share more than feels comfortable. Together, the first session will begin building a foundation for healing, growth, and lasting change.
