I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management concerns, relationship challenges, family conflict, life transitions, self-esteem struggles, emotional overwhelm, and personal growth goals. With more than 25 years of experience in the mental health field, I have worked across a variety of treatment settings and have helped individuals facing a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges. I believe therapy should provide a supportive space where you can gain insight into your experiences, identify meaningful goals, and develop practical tools for creating positive and lasting change in your life.
