Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, depression, trauma, or ongoing stress begin affecting your relationships, confidence, and overall sense of well-being. You may feel emotionally exhausted, stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or uncertain about how to move forward. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management concerns, relationship challenges, family conflict, life transitions, self-esteem struggles, emotional overwhelm, and personal growth goals. With more than 25 years of experience in the mental health field, I have worked across a variety of treatment settings and have helped individuals facing a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges. I believe therapy should provide a supportive space where you can gain insight into your experiences, identify meaningful goals, and develop practical tools for creating positive and lasting change in your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and tailored to the unique needs of each individual. I believe that healing begins with understanding your experiences while building on your existing strengths and resilience. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Problem Solving Therapy (PST), Cognitive Behavioral Family Therapy, Psychodynamic principles, Strength-Based Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-based interventions, and Person-Centered Therapy, I work with clients to develop strategies that support meaningful growth and recovery. Together, we'll explore the thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and life experiences that may be contributing to current challenges while building healthier coping skills and patterns. Whether you're managing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, family concerns, or major life transitions, therapy will focus on helping you gain clarity, strengthen emotional resilience, and create sustainable change.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a compassionate, respectful, and supportive environment where you feel heard and understood. I believe that every person deserves a space to explore challenges openly while receiving guidance that promotes healing and growth. As we work together, you may develop healthier coping strategies, improved emotional regulation, greater self-awareness, stronger relationships, and increased confidence in your ability to navigate life's challenges. My goal is to help you feel empowered to make meaningful changes while creating a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and aligned with your values. Whether you're seeking support during a difficult period or pursuing long-term personal growth, therapy can help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
