Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy should feel supportive, comfortable, and judgment-free. I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, chronic illness, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the general stress of trying to keep everything together. My approach is down-to-earth and collaborative—I’ll meet you where you are, help you better understand what you’re experiencing, and work with you to develop practical tools that actually fit your life. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy; we can figure it out together.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, flexible, and tailored to you as an individual. I draw from CBT, DBT, strengths-based, and solution-focused approaches to help you better understand your thoughts and emotions, develop healthier coping skills, and create meaningful change. I believe therapy can include both serious conversations and moments of humor, and I strive to create a space where you can show up as yourself. Together, we’ll focus on practical strategies you can use outside of sessions while also exploring the deeper patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about getting to know you and helping you feel comfortable—there’s no pressure to share everything at once. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what’s been going on in your life, and what you’d like to get out of our time together. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your experiences, strengths, and challenges, and we’ll begin identifying goals that feel realistic and meaningful to you. Most importantly, it’s also a chance for you to get to know me and see if I feel like the right therapist for you.
