Great to meet you!

You might be self-aware and insightful, yet still feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, overthinking, or emotional overwhelm. Even when things make sense logically, your nervous system may still feel reactive or hard to settle.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) providing virtual therapy for adults across Texas. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, chronic stress, and patterns that feel difficult to shift.

My approach is holistic and integrative, with a focus on understanding how your nervous system, emotional patterns, and lived experiences all interact. Rather than relying only on coping strategies, we focus on what’s happening beneath the surface so change can feel more natural and lasting.

I offer a collaborative, thoughtful space that is inclusive and affirming, including for those who identify as highly sensitive or LGBTQIA+.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic and integrative, with a focus on understanding how your nervous system, emotional patterns, and lived experiences all interact.

Rather than relying only on coping strategies, I help you make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface—especially when insight hasn’t fully led to change.

Our work is collaborative and paced in a way that feels manageable. Over time, this supports a shift in how you relate to your internal experiences, allowing change to happen more naturally and sustainably.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on understanding what’s bringing you in, at a pace that feels comfortable. You don’t need to have everything figured out.

I’ll ask some questions to get a sense of your experiences, patterns, and how your nervous system has been responding, with no pressure to share more than you’re ready for.

The goal is to create a clear, supportive starting point and see if working together feels like a good fit.
