Great to meet you!

As a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) and LGBTQ-identified therapist, I understand the unique challenges that come with navigating the complexities of self-experience and the world around us. I recognize that accessing inclusive, affirming mental health care can often feel difficult, and I am committed to providing a safe, supportive, and empowering space for all individuals. I work closely with my clients, helping them navigate issues such as self-esteem, life transitions, stress, relationship challenges, anxiety, and those who identify as highly sensitive or LGBTQ.

I believe that life's struggles, including mental health challenges, offer opportunities for growth and transformation. My goal is to support clients in their healing and personal growth, meeting them where they are and helping them move toward a place of greater self-awareness, resilience, and well-being.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is supportive, direct, and transparent while focusing on uncovering and processing the root of issues as well as coping day-to-day.

What you can expect from our first session

I understand that you are an expert in your own life and am here to provide support and guidance as you navigate life’s challenges. I believe that everyone should be treated with compassion, respect, and sensitivity and will tailor your treatment plan to meet your specific needs. Our sessions will be collaborative so clients should be ready to do the work!
