Great to meet you!

I believe that meaningful change begins with feeling heard, understood, and supported in a space where you can be yourself without fear of judgment. My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that everyone has the capacity to grow, heal, and create a more fulfilling life. Over the years, my clinical work includes supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use concerns, emotional dysregulation, OCD, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions. I recognize and understand that mental health challenges rarely exist in isolation and often intersect with family dynamics, past experiences, self-esteem, and difficulties managing everyday responsibilities. My goal is to help you recognize your strengths, better understand yourself, and develop the confidence and practical tools to create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I take an individualized, strengths-based approach that balances empathy with gentle accountability. I believe therapy should provide both a safe space to process difficult emotions and practical tools to create lasting change. My therapeutic approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)-informed skills, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care. Together, we can explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen emotional regulation, develop healthier boundaries, improve communication, and build confidence in your ability to navigate life's challenges.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect a supportive, honest, and collaborative environment where your experiences are respected and your goals guide our work together. I strive to meet clients where they are while encouraging meaningful self-reflection, personal responsibility, and sustainable behavioral change.

Whether you're struggling with anxiety, processing trauma, navigating complicated relationships, or feeling uncertain about your next chapter, my goal is to help you develop the insight, resilience, and practical skills needed to move forward with greater confidence and purpose.
