Great to meet you!

Has your life been disrupted recently? Are you feeling thrown off balance, as though things are beginning to unravel? I understand how difficult that can be and am here to support you in finding stability again. I'm a LCSW with more than 26 years of experience supporting individuals and families whose lives have been upended by unexpected events. My work focuses on helping people navigate PTSD, complicated grief, anxiety, depression, and recovery from difficult experiences. I strive to provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients feel supported in order to process experiences, arrive authentically and grow.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing on Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. These approaches help create connections between thinking and feeling to help us move through the stuck places and build future foundations.

What you can expect from me

Together, we work not only to address painful experiences from the past but also to build resilience and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.
