Great to meet you!

Licensed professional therapist with 8 years + specializing in trauma, borderline issues, family issues, and anxiety. As a therapist, I am passionate about using evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and EMDR in a collaborative relationship with my clients to help them improve the quality of their lives. I have helped many clients and families live more harmoniously, peacefully, and joyfully. I believe we can all grow and make meaning and beauty with our lives

My approach to therapy

I believe "it is the relationship that heals. I also use and teach many mindfulness skills. Although I do not yet have a certification in DBT, as I have recently received my LCPC. I have used DBT with adults and teenagers for many years, helping them to navigate intense emotions and complex interpersonal relationships. I also enjoy helping families connect and enjoy each other more through the use of evidence-based therapies. I have helped many people grow through a combination of creative therapies, such as art therapy and mindful CBT, as well.

What you can expect from me

The first session will be about us getting to know each other. I will do a diagnostic interview and we will work together to formulate goals and a treatment plan.
