Great to meet you!

Im a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who values authenticity, compassion, and support in the healing process. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University and have worked in both inpatient and outpatient behavioral health settings, helping individuals manage anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.

I believe mental health care should feel human — not clinical or intimidating. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, supported, and empowered as we work together to find what wellness means for you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered, evidence-based, and holistic. I take time to truly listen and understand each person’s experiences before developing a personalized treatment plan. Depending on your needs, we may use psychotherapy techniques, medication management, or lifestyle guidance to support your goals.

I aim to create a safe space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions freely, with a balance of professionalism, empathy, and open-minded conversation.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to discuss what brought you to care and what you hope to achieve. I’ll ask about your history, current challenges, and goals so we can build a plan that fits you — not the other way around.

You can expect a warm, judgment-free environment where you feel heard, respected, and supported. We’ll end the session with clear next steps and a shared understanding of how we’ll move forward together.
