Great to meet you!

I provide evidence-based psychotherapy services specializing in anxiety and OCD treatment. Beyond my extensive research and clinical work with fear-based disorders, I have lived through the trials and tribulations of OCD and anxiety. My own recovery journey has been my greatest teacher, informing and deepening my understanding of the therapeutic techniques I customize for each of my client’s unique needs. I can help you transition from feeling stuck to feeling inspired and capable, empowered.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I deliver individualized care through a collaborative approach that balances compassionate support with gentle encouragement. My practice is founded on honesty, authenticity, and clarity. I create a space where you can feel genuinely heard, seen, and understood—because healing begins when you no longer have to face anxiety alone.

What you can expect from our first session

I offer a unique relationship where you can feel supported and held in ways that perhaps those around you may have not been able to.

Together we will:

Build upon your unique strengths and gifts

Identify limiting beliefs and behaviors

Develop a deeper understanding of patterns that may be restricting your growth

Uncover how anxiety keeps you stuck

Reconnect with your genuine desires and life goals

Create an action-oriented plan to foster self-confidence and empowerment
