Great to meet you!

As a licensed professional counselor, my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood. I work with teens and adults navigating ADHD, autism, trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, and everyday stressors. I also support individuals impacted by emotional, physical, and sexual abuse, as well as those exploring or affirming their LGBTQIA+ identities. I approach this work with warmth, care, and respect for your unique experiences. I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as you are, feel heard without judgment, and move at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I take an integrative approach, drawing from CBT, TF-CBT, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, and expressive arts to meet your unique needs. Whether we’re building coping skills, processing past experiences, or navigating current challenges, I strive to make therapy feel approachable, empowering, and tailored to you.

What you can expect from me

I begin therapy by taking the time to understand you, your experiences, and the goals you want to work toward. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership. You are the expert in your own life, and my role is to support you in making sense of your experiences, reconnecting with your strengths, and creating meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
